Warranty Coverage

1. Frame Warranty
 • High Tensile Steel Frames – 5 years

2. Electrical Components
• Motor (Hub Motor, Motor Shell) – 12 Months
• Battery – 24 Months
• Controller – 12 Months
• Electronic Handlebar Controls, Display, Pedal Sensor, Throttle, Brake Light, 
   Front Light, Battery Charger – 6 Months

3. Paint & Graphics
• Frame Paint & Decals – 12 Months (excluding accidental or deliberate damage)

4. Mechanical Parts (Manufacturing Defects Only)
• Covered: Structural defects in mechanical components.
• Not Covered: Normal wear-and-tear parts such as tires, tubes, bearings,
  drivetrain parts, brakes, grips, pedals, hubs, wheels, mudguards, etc.

5. Accessories Warranty (If purchased from Exelmoto)
• Lights, Smart Air Pump – 6 Months


Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Activation
 • Customers must register their e-bike within 15 days of purchase at [Exelmoto’s Warranty Portal] 
• Proof of purchase is required.
2. What’s Not Covered?
• Damage due to misuse, modifications, racing, stunt riding, accidents, or exceeding the weight limit (120kg).
• Failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
• Use of non-original chargers or third-party batteries.
• Normal wear and tear on consumable parts.
• Unauthorized repairs or service by non-Exelmoto personnel.
• Environmental factors include water immersion, fire, or acts of nature.
3. Shipping Damage Claims
• Inspect the packaging upon delivery.
• Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. Claim Process
• Warranty claims must be processed through Exelmoto or an authorized dealer.
• Customers are responsible for transportation and labor costs related to out-of-warranty parts.
5. Exelmoto’s Rights
 • We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts with equivalent components based on availability.
• Warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Damage Claims:

IMMEDIATELY inspect whether the packaging is intact when receiving the goods. If you see obvious damage to the product, you can choose to reject and contact us in time. We will not accept claims for shipping damage later than 24 hours from the receipt of the product.
