Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

At Exelmoto Mobility Technology Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and transparency in our purchase and service policies. Please read the following carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and shipping.

1. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation charges, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
• If the order status is:
• Shipped: A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
• Out for Delivery: A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
• Once delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Cancellations must be requested by email at support@exelmoto.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID.

2. Return Policy
• Once delivered, products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Products are shipped at the customer’s risk. Exelmoto is not liable for any damage caused during transit by third-party logistics providers.
• If a wrong or defective item is delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for investigation.

3. Refund Policy
• If your order is cancelled and approved for a refund, the refund will be issued after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source used during purchase.
• Once initiated, the refund may take 7 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, in line with RBI guidelines and your bank’s policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details (name, address, phone number, email).
• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information or non-availability of the recipient, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
• Exelmoto is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party delivery partners during transit.
• If Exelmoto is unable to deliver the ordered product(s) due to unforeseen circumstances, the paid amount will be:
• Refunded via the original payment method, or
• Credited to your Exelmoto account within 90 business days.

5. Communication & Contact
By providing your contact details, you agree to be contacted for order confirmations, updates, and delivery coordination via phone, SMS, or email. You may also receive promotional messages unless you opt out.
