Yes absolutely. If you can ride a regular bicycle, you can ride an e-bike. In fact, it’s easier, especially with pedal assist and throttle support. People with no prior riding experience have also started riding with an Ebike.

Yes. Our high-tensile steel frame and tyres support up to 120 kg. The motor and PAS mode perform well even with extra load.

Battery

Range depends on the battery capacity, rider weight, terrain, and mode of usage. Our e-bikes offer a range of 45+ with battery capacity of 48v 10.4 AH & 60+ range with 36v 13.4 AH on a single charge.

Charging takes 3 to 4 hours.

lithium-ion batteries last 1000 charge- discharge cycles, or roughly 3 years with regular use and proper care.

You can still pedal manually like a regular cycle by Keeping the Mode to 0

our e-bikes have detachable batteries that you can remove and charge indoors for convenience and security or yo can charge on the bike itself.

Simply plug it into a standard 3-pin home socket using the charger provided. No special equipment or installation is needed.

Extremely Safe. We use certified lithium-ion battery packs with BMS protection to prevent overcharging, overheating, or short-circuits. And each battery is individually tested.

Safety

Yes. Exelmoto E-bikes are as safe as regular bicycles. They also come with disc brakes, reflectors, and lights for added safety. Just follow traffic rules and wearing a Helmet is advisable

Our battery is removable and has a locking mechanism. Always lock your battery as the keys are provided and, when possible, take the battery indoors if parked in public.

Use a U-lock or smart lock, always lock the frame and wheel to a solid structure. The battery also has a lock-and-key system for extra safety.

Absolutely! Our E-bikes are perfect for micro mobility and daily commutes, helping you save fuel, skip traffic, and stay active—all while being eco-friendly.

Absolutely. It’s perfect for everyday commuting — zero fuel, zero traffic, and full comfort.

Care

Regular cycle maintenance applies—check brakes, tires, chain, etc. Additionally: Charge the battery properly. Keep the electronics clean and dry after use. Service the bike every few months

Store it in a dry, covered area. Detach the battery if the bike won’t be used for a while and charge it once every few weeks to preserve battery health.

Use a damp cloth to clean the frame same as how you clean the regular cycle

Light to moderate rain is okay, thanks to the IP65 water resistance. Avoid riding in waterlogged areas where water can reach the motor or battery.
